Meet the Doctors
Anthony Lombardi, D.D.S., B.S.
Dr. Lombardi graduated from Loyola University in 1982. He later graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School in 1986. His philosophy of practice is to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. Dr. Lombardi is a Joliet native & over the last two decades, he has built a stellar reputation in the dental community. Dr. Lombardi and his wife Sheila live with their 5 boys in Morris. Dr. Lombardi practices with state of the art procedures & equipment. The practice he has built over the past two decades has set new standards for excellent quality of care.
Zaid Atarchi, BDS, MSc, MS
Dr. Zaid Ramzi Atarchi is a Board Certified Periodontist, he graduated in 2001, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the College of Dentistry, Baghdad University. He was selected to complete a prosthodontics residency at the same school. This residency provided him with advanced training in restorative dentistry, he earned his Master’s Degree and Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2005. He also held a faculty position as a full-time Clinical Lecturer at the College of Dentistry, Baghdad University. He spent several years in private practice and volunteering in community clinics, serving and educating oral health for people in need. Helping people and improving their smiles energizes him. He feels fortunate to be rewarded emotionally every day for what he does, who he helps, and who he gets to work with. His interest in education compelled him to pursue another specialty training program, he enrolled at Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education, where he earned his Master of Science in dentistry and Certificate in Periodontics in 2016.
Dr. Atarchi is an active member of American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Atarchi and his wife Israa are heavily involved with the raising of their four daughters. They all enjoy reading, travelling and numerous other outdoor activities.
Joseph Kunnel, DDS, MS, PhD – Orthodontist
Dr. Kunnel, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, was former Chief Orthodontist at Midwestern University School of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, IL; is an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University’s Medical School in Chicago and an Orthodontic instructor at Northshore University Hospital in Evanston. Dr. Kunnel has been the recipient of several awards including the Orhan C. Tuncay Teaching Fellowship Award from the American Association of Orthodontists, the Clinical Scientist Award from the National Institute of Health, and the Howard Hughes Award. He has published several peer-reviewed scientific papers and lectures at many national and international meetings.
Dr. Kunnel offers children, teens and adults the most advanced materials, equipment and techniques in orthodontics with the goal of assisting each patient in achieving healthy, functioning teeth and an inviting smile. Dr. Kunnel offers treatment options that include, traditional braces, self-ligating braces or highly esthetic clear braces. Dr. Kunnel is a certified Invisalign provider and offers Invisalign aligners to patients that want a virtually invisible option for straightening their teeth.
Dr. Diyana Yonadim, DMD
Dr. Diyana Yonadim is a native Chicagoan and received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Afterwards, she completed a Masters in Biomedical Sciences and then obtained a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Dr. Yonadim’s mission is to provide her patients with the highest standard of care and strives for perfection in her dental work. She treats her patients with compassion and care while achieving maximum aesthetics, health, function, and comfort. Dr. Yonadim believes that open communication and flexible solutions add up to a positive patient experience. To achieve these goals, she regularly attends continuing education seminars which help keep her up to date on the latest advances and technology dentistry has to offer.
Dr. Yonadim is a passionate advocate of maintaining proactive oral health. As a General Dentist, Dr. Yonadim practices all aspects of the field including cosmetic dentistry, crowns/bridges/veneers, fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures. Dr. Yonadim also holds certifications in Invisalign and laser dentistry. Dr. Yonadim is a member of many dental organizations including the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Education Association.
In her spare time, Dr. Yonadim enjoys cooking delicious new meals, working out, exploring the city, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and family.
Dr. Jamieson Brady
Dr. Jamieson Brady is a gentle, caring dentist who makes patient comfort his top priority. He graduated from the University at Buffalo summa cum laude with a BS in Biological Sciences and continued to earn his DDS with a concentration in periodontics. While at Buffalo he was active in award-winning research and had several of his studies published in national scientific journals. After graduation he entered an oral & maxillofacial surgery internship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Brady’s practice is now focused on tooth extractions with IV sedation. He has a passion for teaching in his role as Clinical Instructor for Western Surgical & Sedation, where he trains dentists from around the world to safely extract impacted wisdom teeth. We understand there can be stress associated with dental procedures – Dr. Brady is trained to recognize this and always works to eliminate the anxiety associated with treatment. Dr. Brady is licensed to administer IV sedation. With IV sedation, patients sleep lightly through the procedure and typically have little or no memory of the event. Our highly trained staff ensures this happens in a safe, controlled environment. Dr. Brady is an active member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. Outside of dentistry Dr. Brady enjoys skiing, biking, traveling, and live music.
